How much income is derived from the sold lots and is it being saved for utilities to serve these properties. Here on Trent Island in a part where there use to be a pulp mill the road has sank. Seven breaks this past year the latest on Xmas eve. Some of these are not small leaks. Sewage hole for pumping has tilted, asphalt falling in around the hole, patches are now sinking, depressions in road filled with asphalt. Municipality says no money to repair looking to other levels of government. It appears residue from mill May be causing this. Could be attacking sewage pipes as well as water pipes.
Is there going to be a big hospital...more grocery stores...more doctors...more schools...transit to ease already very busy roads??? Where's the new bridge and hospital? The answer seems obvious already this area is sorely unprepared to handle this scale of development.
